Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant for our Warehouse operations. This role will be pivotal in managing daily HR activities, including the implementation of HR policies, attendance monitoring, documentation, and enhancing employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate attendance records and data entry.
- Assist in recruiting warehouse personnel.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Track employee leaves and absences.
- Provide assistance in addressing employee inquiries.
- Support management in disciplinary procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR support experience preferred.
- Capable of working independently.
- Must be based at the warehouse location.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to Rs75,00.00 monthly
