Position: Customer Support & Chat Support Officer
Salary: PKR 35,00 – 40,00 per month
Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional support across multiple channels, manage the order life-cycle efficiently, and effectively convert chats into sales.
Requirements: Proficient communication skills in English and Urdu, strong ability to engage customers, and experience with e-commerce platforms.
