Job Description
PEOPLE PVT LTD seeks an experienced Brand Manager to develop annual brand plans and lead integrated 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital). You will manage agency partnerships, timelines, budgets, and campaign performance; analyze brand health, market share, and competitive activity; and collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Design.
Responsibilities include supporting new product launches, packaging and sales enablement, and producing brand content for web, social, catalogs, and presentations.
- Qualifications: BBA/MBA in Marketing
- Experience: 6–8 years in brand planning (FMCG, building materials, paints, or durable goods preferred)
- Proven agency and budget management experience
- Employment: Full-time, on-site in Islamabad
