Job Description
ASK Development Limited seeks Phone Banking Officers for a full-time, in-person role at Citi Tower, Gulberg 2, Lahore. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with accounts and digital banking, resolving complaints, cross-selling credit cards, loans and deposit accounts, logging interactions in CRM, and maintaining compliance and data security.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Age: up to 35 years
- Open to fresh graduates and experienced call-center professionals
- Fluent in English and Urdu; strong customer service and problem-solving skills required
