Job Description
Trans Global Services is seeking an on-site International Customer Support Representative for night shifts. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats; resolve customer inquiries and complaints; accurately record interactions in the CRM; escalate complex issues; and follow quality standards and scripted procedures.
- Qualifications: 6 months–2 years in customer support or call center roles, strong spoken and written English, basic computer and CRM skills, patience, and effective problem-solving ability.
