Job Description

HashtagVentures is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our on-site software team full time. You will review requirements, design and execute test cases, perform manual testing for web and mobile, report and track defects, and conduct regression testing. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

• Required: basic software testing knowledge, SDLC/STLC understanding, clear bug reports and test cases, strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork.
• Preferred: automation experience, API/database familiarity, and proficiency with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Selenium; Agile/Scrum exposure is a plus.

This is a full-time, on-site position.
