Job Description
We are seeking a full-time MTO/Customer Support Officer based in Bahria Town. Nearby residents preferred. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree; fresh graduates or those with up to six months of relevant experience are welcome. Required: strong communication, MS Office proficiency, problem-solving ability, punctuality, and composed customer handling. This in-person role involves resolving complaints, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining records, providing product and warranty information, and supporting after-sales service.
- Salary: PKR 35,00–45,00 per month
