Job Description
Trax Courier & Logistics seeks a reliable Bike Rider to collect and deliver parcels and documents on assigned routes within scheduled timelines. The successful candidate will obtain customer signatures or OTP verification for each delivery, handle items carefully to prevent damage or loss, and perform customer pickups as required. Maintain regular communication with the operations team regarding delivery status, delays, or issues, and follow company SOPs for cash handling when Cash on Delivery applies. This is a full-time, in-person position with a salary of Rs40,00.00–Rs70,00.00 per month.
- Key duties: timely deliveries, accurate proof of delivery, safe handling, and reporting
