Job Description
We are seeking a Country Commercial Performance Lead to define and execute commercial strategy that delivers sustained revenue and margin expansion nationwide. This role will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to establish targets, track KPIs, and refine pricing, promotions, and assortment to maximize commercial outcomes.
- 7+ years in commercial analytics, sales strategy, or related functions
- Advanced Excel and SQL proficiency; strong analytical rigor
- Proven track record turning insights into measurable actions
- Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce preferred
