Job Description

We seek a proactive Upwork bidder to win quality projects for our software house. You will identify and bid on opportunities across Upwork and similar platforms, craft tailored proposals, follow up leads, schedule client meetings, align scope and pricing with delivery teams, and maintain daily bidding reports.

• Minimum 2 years proven experience closing software/IT service projects
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Familiarity with Upwork strategies and platform best practices
• Commission-based compensation with required daily targets

This is a full-time, in-person role with flexible hours; candidates must be available for timely client communication and meetings.
