Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Supervisor to be the primary client contact and lead 2–3 CS agents. You will manage multi-channel support (live chat, phone, email), handle inbound/outbound communications for orders, returns and sales, collaborate with sales, logistics and technical teams, log interactions in the CRM, and escalate unresolved cases. Maintain a positive, customer-first approach.
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 4 years in a similar role
- Fluent English (written and spoken) and strong communication skills
- Comfortable with multiple channels, quick to learn systems, detail-oriented and proactive
- Full-time, in-person; pay up to Rs200,00/month
- Application questions: Spoken English rating (1–10); which international countries you have supported (e.g., USA, UK)
