Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Lead Development Representative to generate and qualify high-quality B2B opportunities, lead targeted outreach campaigns, and collaborate with Sales to accelerate pipeline growth. Key responsibilities include prospecting, multi-channel cold outreach, maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking performance against KPIs, and mentoring junior representatives. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales development experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), a data-driven approach to prioritization and optimization, and proven leadership abilities to drive consistent, measurable results.
