Job Description
Abacus is seeking a dedicated Training Executive to lead learning initiatives for our expanding BPO/call center operations. You will design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs to improve agent performance, elevate customer experience, and support organizational objectives.
- Lead new-hire training and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Manage training KPIs, coach trainers, and collaborate on content development
- Analyze outcomes and implement continuous improvement measures
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years in a training role within a BPO/call center, strong facilitation and coaching skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or a related field; Master’s/MBA preferred. Full-time position.
