Job Description
Touchstone Communications seeks a dedicated IT Support Officer to deliver prompt, professional customer service and support. The successful candidate will manage IT support tickets, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and perform software installations and configurations, ensuring timely escalation when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve IT support tickets; monitor response and resolution times; escalate complex issues
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems
- Install, configure, and maintain software and Windows-based systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Minimum 1 year of IT support experience
- Proficiency with Windows installations and Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs55,00.00 per month | Night shift availability required.
