Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic, goal-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our real estate sales team. The role involves implementing sales strategies, leading and motivating sales consultants, managing client relationships, and closing property transactions.
- Support the Sales Manager with strategy, team supervision, and target achievement.
- Handle client inquiries, deliver property presentations, coordinate site visits, and guide closings.
- Manage leads and CRM tracking, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and assist with events and promotions.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 1–5 years sales experience (real estate preferred), strong communication and negotiation skills, MS Office and CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel locally.
Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00–Rs100,00/month | On-site
