Job Description
We seek a results-driven leader to oversee SL BOS operations across the UAE and Bahrain, shaping business strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence. The role includes directing cross-functional teams, allocating resources, managing budgets and P&L, and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery. The successful candidate will cultivate strong client and stakeholder relationships, implement process improvements, and coordinate with regional leadership to achieve growth targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 8+ years in operations or service-line leadership, with multi-country experience
- Strong analytical, financial, and people-management skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic preferred; regional travel required
