Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Officer to manage daily manufacturing operations, uphold product quality, and optimize production efficiency.

• Oversee production schedules, monitor performance metrics, and prepare regular reports.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet targets while resolving operational issues promptly.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
