Job Description
We seek an experienced Country Head of Restaurants to lead national operations, growth, and profitability across our restaurant portfolio. This leadership role will define strategy, uphold brand standards, and develop high-performing teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead multi-site operations with full P&L responsibility; plan expansion and align marketing and operations to targets.
- Manage vendors and stakeholders, enforce compliance, and implement effective cost controls.
- Drive strategic planning, performance improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Requirements: 10+ years in food & beverage leadership with demonstrable commercial results, strong people-management and strategic-planning skills, excellent communication, bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
