Job Description
We are seeking a Product Specialist to strengthen product knowledge, support the sales organization, and gather customer feedback to enhance our offerings. The position combines technical understanding with excellent communication and a customer-centric mindset.
- Present product features and conduct clear, persuasive demonstrations for clients and internal teams
- Provide technical support for pre- and post-sales inquiries
- Train customers and staff, and collaborate with product managers to prioritize improvements
- Ability to travel as needed to support demos and client engagements
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years in product support or sales engineering, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with the industry.
