Job Description
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized Executive Assistant to provide support to our HR Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and an exceptional attention to detail.
As an Executive Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include managing the HR Manager’s calendar, coordinating meetings, and overseeing correspondence. Additionally, you will assist with various HR projects to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
The successful applicant will be proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality. Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable.
