Job Description
ProtoCall Outsource, a prominent inbound contact center partnering with taxi companies throughout the UK, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Inbound Contact Centre Representatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound calls and inquiries from taxi customers and drivers
- Facilitating booking and dispatching of taxi services
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- A minimum of 1 year of call center experience
Work Location: Phase 6, Bahria Town, Islamabad
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
