Job Description

Education: Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience required
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and answer phone calls, warmly greeting callers and identifying their needs to direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain and update the call operator database to ensure accurate and current information.
- Manage computerized telephone directories and records to provide reliable information as needed.
- Efficiently operate a centralized PABX communication system, adhering to the hospital’s established protocols for answering external calls.
