Job Description
Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift aligned with US hours)
Cyber Earth Solutions is in search of a talented Civil Estimator with a strong background in the US construction industry. The successful candidate will have experience in quantity takeoffs and cost estimation for civil and architectural projects, with a thorough understanding of US standards and documentation practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review civil and architectural drawings along with bid documents.
- Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs and produce accurate cost estimates.
- Work closely with project teams to clarify project scope and requirements.
- Guarantee the precision and timeliness of all estimates.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 2–5 years of experience in the US market, and proficiency in PlanSwift or similar estimation tools.
