Job Description

Texitech is actively looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, your responsibilities will include:

• Addressing customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, while delivering accurate and timely information.
• Effectively resolving customer complaints and issues, all while upholding a positive and professional demeanor.
• Documenting all customer interactions and escalating more complex issues as needed.
• Keeping abreast of product knowledge to provide optimal support and guidance to customers.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.Com) is required.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
