Job Description
Location: Islamabad (On-site) I-9 Islamabad
Walee Technologies is looking for a dedicated Junior Associate Negotiator to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for customer assistance and possess exceptional communication skills, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to loan applications.
- Conduct follow-up calls for repayment status and customer feedback.
- Assist users in navigating our mobile application.
Requirements:
- Recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Proficient in English and/or Urdu with strong communication skills.
Salary: PKR 40,00/month + benefits
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
