Job Description

Smart Brains BPO is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and dependable Verifier to join our Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) campaign based in the US. In this role, you will be responsible for validating leads, confirming accident details, and pre-qualifying clients for legal consultations. A strong focus on accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to calls from individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents.
• Verify and gather lead information.
• Confirm details of accidents.
• Screen claimants efficiently.
• Ensure confidentiality at all times.
• Escalate qualified leads to the legal intake team.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics.

Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in BPO or a related field, with strong verbal communication skills.
