Job Description
Premio Travels & Tours is excited to announce an opening for a Client Relationship Executive within our dynamic team. The successful candidate will excel in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring that client satisfaction is a top priority while effectively addressing their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients on a regular basis.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client service.
- Maintain accurate client records and perform follow-ups as needed.
Requirements: Exceptional communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and basic computer proficiency. Previous experience in client servicing is a plus.
