Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver outstanding customer support through both phone and email channels. Your primary responsibilities include translating complex genetic information into easily understandable terms and resolving customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
We’re Looking For:
✔ Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is required.
✔ Fluency in English is essential.
✔ Basic technical skills with CRM software and MS Office are necessary.
✔ Previous experience in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or call center industry.
✔ A solid understanding of Immunology, Neurology, and Clinical Genetics.
Salary: PKR 30,00 plus bonuses and commission.
