Job Description
Logix Solutions is looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to join our esteemed client’s team in Karachi. This role focuses on the international night shift and involves handling customer inquiries through phone and email, delivering effective solutions, and ensuring timely responses.
Responsibilities: Address customer queries, provide solutions, and maintain exemplary service standards.
Requirements: Applicants should possess at least an intermediate education level, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
