Job Description
Job Summary: In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for customers through phone, email, or chat. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, resolving inquiries, and delivering outstanding service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills and a genuine passion for assisting others.
- Educational background of O Level/A Level or Intermediate qualification.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or international sales is advantageous.
