Job Description
SIAC Waste Management Services is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to enhance our team. In this role, you will oversee daily attendance issues, manage worker attendance records, and maintain employee files with precision.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing monthly reports and assisting with bank account setup for employees. Additionally, you will be the primary contact for addressing employee grievances, ensuring efficient HR operations across both rural and urban settings.
This position is located in either Chunian or Pattoki. A Bachelor’s degree—preferably a BBA in Human Resources—and 3-4 years of relevant experience are essential for applicants.
