Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to join our team at TechPartner.pk, a leading software house. In this role, you will manage daily HR and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and supporting our team in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate team activities to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Oversee administrative tasks for seamless office operations.
- Assist with HR functions, including maintaining training records.
- Promote a positive work environment.
- Enhance communication between management and employees.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of HR experience (experience in a software house is preferred).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
Location: Lahore Bahria Town (preferred)
