Job Description
WOWJI Private Limited is actively seeking motivated individuals to become part of our dynamic team as Customer Service Representatives (Outbound). In this vital role, you will engage both prospects and existing customers through outbound calls. Your primary duties will involve explaining our services, responding to inquiries, addressing objections, and scheduling appointments. You will also be responsible for documenting outcomes in our CRM system or Excel and following up on warm leads.
Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a strong drive to meet targets, and the ability to manage high call volumes. While prior experience in outbound calling, telesales, or customer service is preferred, we encourage fresh graduates to apply.
