Job Description
WOWJI Private Limited is looking for a dedicated HR Executive to oversee daily HR operations at our headquarters and collaborate with our site teams. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, facilitating onboarding, tracking attendance, processing payroll inputs, handling HR documentation, and promoting employee engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a BBA or MBA in HR or a related discipline, along with 2 to 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems is essential. Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu are required.
