Job Description
7 Kings Code LLC invites applications for an HR Intern based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. This 6-month full-time internship supports US-based clients during the evening shift (6:30 PM–3:30 AM PKT). Key responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting pre-screening calls, scheduling interviews, assisting with onboarding and orientation, tracking attendance and leave, maintaining employee records, generating Excel HR reports, and handling daily HR queries.
- Requirements: BBA‑HR (fresh graduates welcome), strong written and verbal English, advanced Excel (data entry, formulas, reporting), pre-screening skills, excellent organization, and comfort with night shift.
- Familiarity with HR systems/ATS and Pakistani labor law is a plus. Stipend from Rs35,00/month. 5-day work week.
